The 11 City Nonstop \u2013 that’s like the Tour de France of stand-up paddleboarding \u2013 but since I’m self-employed and don’t have time for the 5 days\/stages, I’m taking advantage of the opportunity, available for the past few years, to paddle the nearly 205 km distance in one go. Men are allowed 34 hours and women 36. The record for the last 3 years is just under 25 hours. <\/p>\n

How did you become aware of BSFK?<\/h3>\n

About J\u00f6rn personally. I accompanied him for a short part of his first fundraising (paddling) tour and even managed to snag a \u20ac10 donation from other boaters through a special performance \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n

I also briefly offered him moral support and a small contribution during the Big SUP event at Lake Baldeney.<\/p>\n

“I think it’s important to do something for others and not always be selfish. I used to be very active in the DLRG (German Life Saving Association).”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>
