A multimedia learning and memory space for children, teenagers and adults that moves and stirs.<\/p>\n

On April 29, 2025, together with ZWEITZEUGEN eV, the Korte Foundation and the Adolf and Margot Koelman Foundation, we opened the exhibition \u201cBECOME A SECOND WITNESS\u201d at the Gebrandenhof in Essen-Stadtwald.<\/p>\n

Eighty years after the end of the war, the issue of antisemitism and misanthropy remains relevant. The stories of that time must be told; it is up to us to pass them on, to show civil courage, and to become second-generation witnesses. <\/p>\n

The exhibition tells the stories of Holocaust survivors Henny Brenner, Chava Wolf, Wolfgang Lauinger, and Dr. Leon Weintraub. Dr. Weintraub survived four concentration camps, including Auschwitz-Birkenau, and continues to fight against antisemitism. His life story can be traced in the exhibition. <\/p>\n

The exhibition is open to everyone aged 12 and over. Admission is free.<\/p>\n<\/div>
