Pushing boundaries, discovering new paths and sustainably strengthening self-confidence! That’s exactly what our weekly Le Parkour training for children and teenagers from the FFC Foundation’s children’s home at Stuntwerk Essen makes possible. <\/p>\n

Our coach Aaron guides the children and teenagers step by step on their journey. Le Parkour is a completely new experience for many participants. It’s all the more impressive to see how they become braver week by week, recognize their progress, and are proud of their own achievements. <\/p>\n

Besides the enjoyment of movement, the development of motor skills plays a central role. Through targeted exercises, children improve their coordination, strength, and flexibility. At the same time, they learn to overcome minor fears and confidently master challenges. <\/p>\n

Educator Benno from the FFC Foundation describes the added value of the offer as follows: “It is simply a great offer where children can get to know and try out a sport that they would otherwise not come into contact with.”<\/p>\n

Our Le Parkour training combines movement and fun, and the children and young people gain important experiences that extend far beyond the training into everyday life.<\/p>\n
