As a charity partner of the company run, we weren’t just there – we were right in the middle of it! With runners, a cheering zone, and a booth at the finish line.

44 runners took part in the 15th Essen Corporate Run for us this year.

A record number, but that wasn’t the only success of the evening. 30 runners finished in the top 1,000, and BSFK took 2nd and 3rd place in the men’s individual standings, 1st place in the men’s team standings, and 2nd place in the women’s team standings! An outstanding achievement of which we are very proud.

During the race , we gave the participants a real boost on the final climb. Our cheer zone was perfectly equipped with rattles, whistles, pom-poms, and posters. Lots of children and adults created a fantastic atmosphere and gave the runners an extra dose of motivation on their way to the finish line. Beatboxer Carlos was also in the cheer zone , providing us with his rhythmic accompaniment.

At the finish line, the physiotherapists from Karst Essen were waiting for all runners, offering massages in exchange for a donation. We also had a booth where runners could get information and receive goodies from Feelslike and Dextro Energy.

As charity partners, the companies were able to donate to three of our projects during the run. We thank all the companies that have already donated. A special thank you goes to FitX, which raised €4,000 for Be Strong For Kids . With your commitment and donations, you all make it possible to provide many children and young people with access to sports, educational, and cultural opportunities.
