With 16 individual riders, the BSFK road cycling team once again took part in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring on July 20, 2024. The athletes raised an impressive €12,000 – the money needed to purchase an inclusive electric tricycle for the Essen-based association “Leben in Vielfalt” (Living in Diversity). Thanks to a special platform, the electric tricycle allows children who use wheelchairs to enjoy bike rides with their families. We are extremely proud of our road cycling team, which covered an incredible 2,730 kilometers and an unbelievable 57,750 meters of elevation gain. The team for Rad am Ring 2025 is already raring to go!
