Ultra-athlete Sammy (Samuel Fischer) is once again pedaling this year as part of his Cycle for Kids fundraising campaign.

On May 22, 2026, Sammy will compete in the WUCA European Ultracycling Championship, which is part of the “Rund um Sachsen 2026” event. Wearing bib number 16, he faces an enormous challenge: approximately 900 kilometers and around 8,500 meters of elevation gain.

Sammy has a clear goal: He wants to raise funds for children who don’t have the same opportunities in life and have to fight every day.
