Our “Heartwarmer” campaign was a great success again this year.

We were able to deliver well over 1,000 gifts to the children’s ward at Elisabeth Hospital in Essen. Behind every single donation is a thought that counts: to bring a smile to children during a difficult time.

The numerous lovingly prepared surprises enrich daily life in the hospital in a special way. They offer comfort, provide new motivation, and create moments of joy.

Our “Heart Warmer” donation campaign has been running for many years, and over the years more than 16,000 gifts for children have been collected. “Heart Warmers thrive on the support of many people. We want to give courage to children in the hospital and brighten their everyday lives,” emphasizes Jörn Schulz, founder and chairman of Be Strong For Kids.

Our heartfelt thanks go to all the donors and supporters who made this campaign possible. Without their commitment, such a success would have been unthinkable. A huge thank you also goes to Bäcker Peter for their years of reliable support, and to the Rü-Rabauken, who participated in the campaign for the first time this year and made such a significant impact.

We are already looking forward with great anticipation to the Heartwarmer campaign in 2027.
