How did you become aware of BSFK?
I first became aware of BSFK during the “G” fundraising gala of the University of Duisburg-Essen, where I participated as an acrobat. Above all, the diverse range of products and the different projects immediately impressed me.
motivation
“Through my work in the association “Integration through Sport and Education” and at the Leibniz Gymnasium in Essen, I gained many insights into a world that is very different from the one in which I grew up. What I have always found particularly impressive is the gratitude that children from socially disadvantaged areas give in return. Having the opportunity to undertake such a journey is not something to be taken for granted, which is why I would like to share some of this good fortune. Because what makes my journey so special are the encounters with people, and therefore I see BSFK as a great opportunity to create encounters in sport between different cultures.”
