Last year, the judokas from BSFK participated in the city championships for the first time – and with great success.

Since 2024, Be Strong For Kids eV has been an officially registered judo club. This means our athletes now have the opportunity to participate in official belt examinations and consistently pursue their judo training.

At the city championships, our judokas achieved an impressive 47 points for BSFK, securing a strong 4th place overall. We are particularly proud of the individual successes: three first places, three second places, and four third places speak volumes about our team’s outstanding performance.

These results represent a significant milestone for our still young club. We are delighted to see that we have established ourselves among the top four judo clubs in Essen in such a short time.
